From coordinating programs and supporting volunteers to juggling multiple conversations in translation, Ayan is the steady hand and warm smile that keeps things moving.

She is a strong advocate for the Carlton high-rise community and passionate about amplifying their voices. When not co-ordinating to ensure equal access to quality food and produce for the local community, Ayan enjoys coffee, developing podcasts or radio shows, diving into a good book, or spending time with her large extended family and friends. Her secret ingredient is a blend of deep community knowledge, creative thinking, and unshakable belief in her people—always sprinkled with joy and colour.
