Akram Heida
My name is Akram Heidari, though many people call me Ari – in true Aussie style. I emigrated from Iran to Australia two years ago and am now a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
I served as the Accountant and Fund Controller for the Australian Embassy in Tehran for over 11 years, and have worked with several large international companies, including in the oil and FMCG sectors. Since settling in Australia, I’ve worked as an accountant in community organisations and continue to enjoy contributing to meaningful projects.
I’m passionate about giving back to the community, and since joining CAN Community Support, I’ve also volunteered with the Family Learning Program. I bring extensive experience in business management, financial operations, and leading projects.
