At CAN Community Support, we are committed to building a more inclusive, connected, and just community. Our 2025–2027 Strategic Plan outlines the key objectives, goals, and actions that will guide our work over the next three years.

This plan reflects our deep commitment to food security, social inclusion, community development, and sustainability. It was created in partnership with our community and supports our ongoing mission to walk alongside residents of the Carlton public housing towers and surrounds.
