Tadalinka ‘Tad’ Negron

Tad is a warm, hard-working presence at CAN, bringing a keen eye for detail and a love of sharing food across cultures to her role as Community Lunch Co-ordinator. She leads with both heart and skill, welcoming volunteers from all walks of life and working alongside them to prepare a hearty, delicious meal for the community every Wednesday — all while keeping the kitchen running with precision.

With deep roots in Carlton, Tad has raised her family here and has an embedded understanding of the local community. She is passionate about hospitality, inclusion, and social justice, and she embodies CAN’s heart for connection in everything she does. Fiercely protective of her family and friends, Tad delights in celebrating food as a way to bring people together.
